Changeover Days
Changeover day is Saturday however, other days
may be possible, please enquire.
A welcome pack can be provided ‘(at additional cost)’ on arrival if required – please enquire.
How To Book
Please complete and print out the booking
form with your signature and send along with
a cheque for the booking fee to the address detailed
on our contact page. The following terms and conditions
appear on the booking form...
Confirmation Of Your Reservation / Booking
Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the rental
cost will be payable when confirming your reservation.
Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive
confirmation of your reservation (via e-mail or
regular post, whichever is most convenient to
you).
Balance Of Rental Cost
The outstanding balance is required to be paid
in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings
less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full
rental cost will be due at the time of booking.
Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are
not received.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of £300 is required
against damage or breakages to be paid at the
same time as the balance of the rental cost. This
deposit will be returned within 20 days of the
end of your rental period following inspection
for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage
or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to
cover replacement or repair plus a management
charge of 10% of the cost.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel for any reason, and
we are able to re-let the villa then your booking
fee, less a £50 management charge will be
returned to you.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance
to cover such unforeseen circumstances and also
to cover your own personal possessions. The owners
will not accept liability for
any damage or loss to guests’ possessions
under any circumstances..
Smoking Policy
It would be appreciated if guests would
only smoke on the terrace.
